Applied online, and they called me right away to set up an interview. When I showed up I had to ask around to find the office and the person I would be interviewing with. Took a short written test then was shown the whole facility. I came back to do a paid working interview. All the employees that I interacted with were super friendly and helpful. The work seemed to be widely varied which would keep things interesting and they seemed eager to train someone many different tasks. From talking to employees it seemed like normal work days are a little chaotic and you never know when you will have to work late or on the weekends.

I was brought in for an interview with metal fabrication leaders and then for skill test. The face to face interview was good, but the skills test felt disorganized and made me feel like a nuisance to the other fabricators, and definitely impacted my ability to perform. I was told I would hear back within the week and never heard anything from them. Doesn't seem like the tightest shop yet. The work they do is incredible and I looked forward to working with who appear to be great fabricators. Someday maybe!
