This interview process started with a call with their recruiter. Second round of the process was a video interview with the hiring manager. The third round of the process was a video interview with Operations Managers and a video interview with the Plant Manager. Everyone was very kind and helpful; however, I was ghosted after the third round – no contact after the video interview with the Plant Manager. An unprofessional and disrespectful conclusion to an interview process that went multiple rounds.
