J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Analytics Pros (Seattle, WA) en juil. 2016
Entretien
I was referred through a friend so the recruiter reviewed (allegedly) my resume to chat about open positions. On the call, she informed me I lacked experience to be an analyst (despite having 4 years experience at two Fortune 500 companies) and offered me an opportunity to interview for an internship position because I lacked a certificate in Google Analytics. Please note, I learned all I need to know regarding Google Analytics from a former employer, who helped develop the analytics program while at Google.
The recruiter was very green and asked me questions about ever being to Seattle/Ballard despite the fact I had grown up in the Greater Seattle Area and lived in Queen Anne/Capitol Hill for a couple of years. It made me wonder if she had read my resume. Overall, I felt like I was a number to hit a quota.

Question 1
Tell me about a time where you did something outside your comfort zone or when you achieved a long time goal?
I had mixed feelings about this interview.
I also spoke with Rachael over the phone and felt Iike she didn't really care about what I had to say. For every specific questions she was asking, I would take the time to respond and got an "ok, thanks". Maybe she didn't like my answers but at least she could have look engaged with me. I also got a generic denial a few days later. I can't remember if I followed up with her to be honest since I wasn't sure what to think about this company. I was honestly surprised not to be able to meet with at least one manager after this interview, I thought I answered all the questions accurarely. I guess I was wrong :)
