Recruiter was internal, initial phone screen followed by a scheduled skype call with a director which went well, the next week a call with the head of HR which also seemed to go well and then no further contact - no feedback and no response to follow up communication. Given the very positive note on which both interviews concluded one can only assume that the business has decided to go in another direction which is fine, however it is just common decency and professionalism to give proper feedback to candidates.
