I had a 1 hour 15 min phone call with one of the recruiters of the company. She asked me questions about my personality and background. She was an amazing professional with excellent communication skills. I didn't feel that I was asked interview questions. It was a mutual conversation from the beginning of the interview. I had a better offer so I didn't join this company.
