This was probably the best interview process that I've gone through. From beginning to end it was about a 3 week process. The first interview was with the hiring manager who asked the standard questions of why Ancestry and some about my background. Then I was given an excel case to complete. It was emailed to me with instructions to complete it in a couple hours. It was a straight forward case and was easily completed in the time allotted. A week later I was contacted to setup a Skype interview with the remainder of the team. 5 separate 30 minute interviews mostly discussing what the team does and how they would interact with this role. They were very personable and they were interested in my future career growth within the company. I did the marathon Skype interview on a Friday and had my offer on Wednesday.
