Interviewed a couple of times. Made it to the first round, had to keep on the recruiter for the status of my application. Work experience out does an actual degree.

Months and months of interviews, and then you find out that they can't hire you in the state you live in. Could have been answered by reading the address on the top of the resume. They might off to make you a contractor, but I declined because everyone's told me that they don't actually give you any work.
