The interview process was telephonic rounds starting with HR asking the willingness to join the company then ops head telephonic interview was more related to various operational parameters to merchandisers asking regarding product the various product categories and finally it was skped to hr head for salary negotiation.

The question which the ops head asked is that being into a competitive market what will you do to differentiate your work and being able to achieve your targets.
