Application Submission: The process began with submitting my application, which included my resume and a cover letter tailored to the job description. Take-Home Test: After my application was reviewed, I was invited to complete a take-home test. This test was designed to assess my skills and knowledge relevant to the role. It included a variety of tasks and problems that required thorough and thoughtful responses. I dedicated several hours to completing the test, ensuring that I demonstrated my abilities effectively. Phone Interview: Upon successfully completing the take-home test, I was scheduled for a phone interview. This interview was conducted by a member of the hiring team and lasted about 45 minutes. During the phone interview, I was asked a range of questions about my background, experience, and technical skills. Most of the questions were straightforward, and I felt confident in my responses.

It was 3 stage assessment process. First you have to have at least 4 years experience to qualify English proficiency test (audio recording), code test (on camera) and live technical interview
