After submitting my application, I was sent a link to an AI recruiter to verify my English level (B1). I was given 24 hours to complete it. There were 10 questions, with 2 minutes for each. The email also stated that to pass successfully, it was necessary to answer at least 8 out of 10 questions. I answered all the questions. The next day, I received a rejection with only generic feedback. The email recommended improving my technical English, even though there was not a single technical term in the questions. It also suggested improving my listening skills, but all the questions were in written form and had to be read. I didn’t like that I didn’t even have a conversation with a recruiter.
