3 stage interview process. Online assessment and interview with 2 senior engineers and one HR rep. Then a final in person casual interview. Was a good set up and all involved were friendly and patient. A great company all around.

Very down to earth and friendly. The interviewers may take notes of your answers. The questions are pretty standard and range from technical to information about the companies and their products as well as projects you may have worked on in the past. The panel will usually have a structured set of questions and take turns in asking them. I would recommend dressing formally and doing some background research about the company in addition to having a copy of your CV and some projects that you worked on.
