Entretien
I received a call from HR to schedule a phone screening with the engineering manager and the engineer that would become the new hire's supervisor. They mostly asked about my college courses and if I was familiar with certain topics. I was then asked to come in for an in person interview with the three people I had spoken to on the phone. I was asked a couple basic technical questions and some behavioral questions. After this interview I was called and told to come in for a tour. During the tour I was called into the president's office and had a one on one with him where he made sure I was willing to travel to plants. I received an offer within a week of the last visit.

Entretien
The hiring manager and engineer were friendly and clear of the job description and their expectations. They were open to answering my questions and presented clear concise answers to them. I was asked questions relevant to my experience and how it integrates within their listing.
