Entretien
It was a process divided in different stages, which could enable the interviewer assess the candidate holistically. The interview process consisted of a get-to-know-you part, including questions related to my CV, conducted in my native language, which made me feel comfortable. The next part included experience - based interview questions i.e. a time that I had to make a difficult decision and what resulted and the last part was concentrated in my motives and desires regarding the position offered.

The interview questions were focused on how to get to know the candidate and in general, questions that help the hiring team envision the person in the actual role offered and in company's culture.

Entretien
Long-lasting and exhausting, which was structured as follows:
1) Invitation to hear back from you by submitting 2 5 min videos 1 in Greek & 1 in English.
2) Initial evaluation from trainee HR assistant filling a preliminary questionnaire based on a discussion
2) Interview with HR officer handling the vacancy
3) Mathematical, Logical & English written quiz
4) Interview with HR Manager
5) Interview with the Director of the Department
