After sending my application online, Hr employee called me and fixed an appointment for the assessment center ten days later. During those days I had to do two questionnaires: personality and motivational tests. We were 8 candidates in the assessment center. First step was introducing ourselves in two minutes. After our introduction, we had to solve 4 case study in 60 minutes all together. Then they gave us an English test (50 questions in 30 minutes) and 4 logical questions in 4 minutes. After those tests I was sending home with other 3 candidates and they told us that it didn't mean we were not chosen and that we had to wait for one months after they will correct our tests.
