J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Angi (Loveland, CO) en août 2024
Entretien
Three rounds. 1st round is a quick phone screen with easy questions about your past work experience and how you feel about cold calling. Then, you have to take an assessment, and if you pass that, then you move on. 2nd round is virtual with the recruiter and has more situational type of questions relating to your past work experience. Final round is with the hiring manager and it’s virtual, but much quicker with a mock sales call where you have to sell something. Pretty straightforward process.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you felt most proud in your career.
Tell me about a time during your career when a manager gave you a critique or review of how you handled a situation, a client, a project, etc. How did you handle their criticism?
Tell me about a time when you were given an unrealistic, unreasonable, or unachievable goal or expectations. Why do you feel it was unrealistic/unreasonable/unachievable? How did you handle it? How did it turn out in the end?
Initial interview that seemed to mostly just ask confirming questions that were restatements of the job posting. It seemed like a screening call meant to just weed out people who had no idea what the job was and no tough questions.
Pretty straight forward interview process. First and final interview with hiring manager after the initial screening call. Standard interview questions along with a quick role play to see how you overcame objections. Received an offer but declined.

Question 1
Describe a time where you faced an objection and how you overcame it.
Very informal. They called over 30 minutes early and caught me off guard. Interview felt more like they were reading me a script than interviewing me. Overall it was an easy interview.
