However, it was incredibly frustrating to only meet my actual manager during a final group panel, with no one-on-one interaction or chance to build rapport. After preparing diligently for each step, it felt like I was set up to fail. The lack of transparency in the final stage was disappointing, especially given how structured the earlier phases were.
