Short phone interview with one of their employees, never got back to me after the call. Quite unprofessional as no follow up especially as they are the ones that reached out to begin with.

More informal conversation with Director regarding motivations, current skills and experience. It is fairly open and collaborative conversation centred around finding a fit and complementary skill matches. The interviewer was professional, inquisitive and cordial.
