I applied through campus recruiting. There are 2 initial tests: cultural and logical reasonings. I passed and went to individual business case. The individual starts with a 40 minute of reading a case. after that I was given 7 minutes to present my solution. then 8 minutes of Q&A
It was hard. There were 3 rounds with several interviews. Panel at end. Great people and company. Loved it. Trying to fill 30 word limit with more things on interview process

Entretien
Long and drawn out process. Tough final interviews in business simulation. It is difficult to gauge the exact type of person they are looking for and certainly varies class to class. The people that get an offer are exceptionally bright and likely from target schools only.
