No offer yet because Im still going through the hiring process. Long hiring process. Applied online, took an online assessment, then took an on site assessment. A little over a month later, went in for an interview with HR and department managers. Lots of behavioral type questions, "tell me when you improved a process..." I'm going back for the TAP phone assessment soon and if that goes well then last step is final interview.

The interview through me for a loop. It is entirely scenario and behavioral based and they record your answers. I had 2 interviews so far: first with the direct comanagers and another with senior management.

It was a formal interview with prepared questions. The two interviewing me would take turns asking questions from a booklet and write down all of my responses in detail.

The hiring process starts with online quizzes. First one is simply trying to access your work ethic and boring stuff. Second one is more of math quizzes and a matching parts game to play.
