I asked the HR representative what kind of interview would I have. She told me the interview would be a conversational interview and NOT a structured interview. When I interviewed via Zoom the interview was structured. Also, the HR representative didn't let me know I would be interviewing with another HR representative. I thought my interview was only with the hiring manager. The interview process was not very well organized.
