Entretien
I was asked to complete an assessment, then a few days later I was invited to a scheduled zoom interview.
It was a pretty standard interview, with normal questions. I was given helpful and specific information about the job/company, such as in regard to schedule, pay, job task expectations, benefits, etc.
About a week and a half after the interview, I was asked to begin training in a few weeks.

Question 1
I honestly cannot remember specific questions, but it was nothing out of the ordinary and there weren't any weird tricky questions or anything.

I applied & then completed the assessment. I was then emailed to set up a time for an interview, stating that I would have to complete a 4 week training session (mandatory times) as a 1099 contractor, which breaks federal labor law. A 1099 contractor cannot be mandated to complete their work during certain hours.
I was also told that there was no training scheduled in the immediate future and would not be until this coming winter (it will officially be summer tomorrow). I advised the HR Representative that I was no longer interested.

The HR representative was very nice and informative. Any questions I had they answered and I felt very welcomed to be speaking to the representative. Normal interview questions as expected so no complaints.
