There was first round of Telephonic Interview with HR where HR was interested to understand my experience, CTC and why I was looking for change
Second level of interview was with team manager to whom this position reports to.
Third level of interview was a presentation to a team which involved director, team manager and few others from various roles.
For me entire interview process was good.
One of my observation is Ansys is very specific in requirements and they expect candidate matches >80% of the expected requirements.
