Plus de 4 entretiens pour un "simple" poste de CSR. Un pauvre mail générique pour nous dire que nous ne sommes pas retenus alors qu'on nous dit juste avant "nous allons débriefer et vous recontacter dans tous les cas".
Aucun retour de l'entreprise quand on leur demande poliment quel a été le point bloquant après le temps pris pour les 3 entretiens d'une heure.
Alors qu'on "prône l'humain chez Ansys"... hahaha !

30 minute remote interview with HR
45 minute remote interview with hiring manager
45 minute remote interview with team lead
All interactions were respectful and pleasant. I felt comfortable all through the process. However, I had to get back to ask them about their decision in order to find out they weren't making an offer after three interviews. Rather disappointed by such lack of care.
A few initial calls and then flown for a roundtable interview and then one on ones. It was a bit intimidating but overall was a great process. People were great to chat with and very helpful

Long, multiple stages of more personal interviews, with less formal. Regional company culture is incredibly important them. While it is a global company, the management is very Israeli in spirit, for better or worse depending on the candidate.
