Head hunted by their representative. Initial phone interview, second interview with an Executive conducted via MS Teams as they were on holidays. Third interview then organised with other members of the exec team, to be conducted via MS Teams as they were in Melbourne for the week. I found out at the last moment that one of them was sick and said they would reschedule the interview. Having not heard of a new interview date after a couple days I left messages on their mobile and also sent an email. There was no response and to this day the company never responded. Now over a month later they are advertising the role again. Apart from being totally unprofessional, considering the time I invested I found it just plain weird.
