I went through four rounds of interviews and found the team to be warm and engaging. However, after those rounds, communication abruptly stopped. Despite following up with HR several times—who assured me I was still under consideration and explained they were reviewing additional applicants—I never received any closure. It has now been four months without any further contact. Overall, the experience was disappointing and felt dismissive of the time and effort candidates invest in the process.
