I was scheduled for an interview via a recruiter. My interview was scheduled for 7:30 so that I could get to my current job on time. I was set to interview with 2 people. One was a no show and the other was 45 minutes late. At the time of my interview, I had 7 years industry experience but I had no yet taken my CSST exam (I passed my first try not long after this) and I made everyone VERY aware of this before the interview. The person who interviewed me was some sort of director. He went on and on an on about himself and the company then told me i was under qualified because I dint have my CSST but he wanted to appease the recruiter. I've been contacted by the company several times since, but I always tell them that the example set on that first interview is enough for me to never work there. My talents are better served working for considerate, respectful people.

The interview process was in-person with the division manager and other company employees. I was given the opportunity to ask questions of the other employees without the interviewer. This created a space for open discussion and a chance to meet my potential coworkers.

Entretien
Two interviews, first with upper management-level types, second had more mid-level management. Overall I got a pretty negative vibe, interviewers seemed weirdly hostile. Interview seemed designed to scare people away.
