The process had three stages and took about two weeks in total.
First, I received a technical test focused on data engineering skills. Then I had an interview with the technical lead — it was a very fluent and positive conversation, focused on experience, approach to problem-solving, and technical perspective. Finally, there was a short HR meeting where I was asked to complete some personality and integrity tests.
After completing those tests, I never received any follow-up or feedback from the recruiter, which was disappointing given the overall quality of the earlier stages.
