I had a disappointing experience during my interview process. The interviewer, who had transitioned from a software engineer to an AI engineer, seemed unfamiliar with some of the core concepts I was discussing.
Apexon, please ensure that the interview panel consists of appropriate expertise to fairly and accurately evaluate candidates.

Entretien
It was good. First an internal company tech interview followed by client round and then HR call for offer discussion. Most of my interview revolved around past projects and my tech stack. Although client interview also had questions related to coding (easy) and domain specific questions for that given project.
