After a quick introductory call with the CTO (way better than talking to a recruiter), I got a take home assignment. When I submitted a solution, I got invited for a 1-2 hour interview with the CTO and team leaders of two different teams. Before giving me an offer, they invited me to meet my potential colleagues over lunch and gave me a tour of the office.
