3 stages. 1. 45 minute video chat with hiring manager - motivations such as why Apollo/recruitment 2. In office meeting usually with hiring manager, then MD then another member of the team. Quite long so let them know if you are restricted by time. 3. Final chat with HR & L&D then offer stage
