Guys, just be aware of this organisation & their process.
Part 1:
I received an email from this organisation for recruitment. Initially they gave me assignment & they were calling as "Tech challenge" [These people dont know what is mean by term "Tech challenge" :D :D].
when I sent the solution to their "Tech Challenge" [:D :D], I received very funny comments from technical panel & got rejected. I left these silly people with their faith their only.
Part2:
After some days I received call from AppDirect for an interview. And when I went their, picture was horrible. They were conducting interviews in 3BHK flat & continuously saying to us that they are going to shift. Interview was being taken by lady [they were calling as Technical panel :D :D]. After interview finished, that lady told me that you will have to complete tech challenge [which I already done in Part 1].
Considering these facts I would strongly Recommend you that DONT GO FOR THIS COMPANY, if you want to save time/money. Choice is yours.

Entretien
Interview process was very smooth. This position is for Pune location. Process started with a tech challenge with 3 challenging exercises, followed by 2 intense technical interviews from onsite team and final offer round with India head. Quick responses from HR on feed backs. Pre-Interview process is very good. Panel know what they want and what to look for. Guys who took interview were cool.

Interview process consist of 3-4 rounds.
1. in-house or take home automation exercise with manual test cases.
2. Technical interview for JAVA
3. Technical Interview for Weddriver
4. Final interview for Salary discussion.
Before you appear for the interview please discuss the salary requirement. If you are from companies like Citi Bank, BMC, Dhruva, or VMware are getting good package, no Need to go for an interview. They won't be able to provide the expected package.
