The president of the company responded to my resume submission via LinkedIn almost immediately with positive energy asking about my interest in the position. He was very upfront about benefits and pay to ensure I was comfortable with the position. An interview was scheduled right away, and they accomodated my current work schedule. The interview was casual, fun and engaging. The president interviewed me and was very inspirational about the company and the position. After interviewing with the owner/president, I was asked back to interview with members of the team.
