Not much to describe. A recruiter contacted me after I sent the company my CV. We setup a time to speak. The recruiter from Appian did not bother to call me at the agreed upon time, nor give any explanation for doing so.
It's the most unprofessional interview process I have experienced.

2) Interviste 1-1 con 2-3 manager sparsi per la region, anche in inglese

The recruiter was extremely unprofessional. This is the worst hiring process I have experienced. The recruiter did not turn up to the meeting scheulded by her and offered no apologies.
After 3 rounds of interviews which included a presentation and technical tests, I was told that my salary expectations were too high although I made them clear upfront. A total waste of time.
Either the recruiter did not do her job properly or the company is looking to underpay. Either way, big red flags.

Initial screening call, then personality interview.
Then a 2 hour interview. One for presentation, and 3 other interviews. Then final interview. Was a very good process, and quick. Very good experience.
