I applied through their recruitment webpage. They first contacted me via email and then we had a first conversation by phone to understand my profile and what role I was going to apply. Several video calls followed (I was being interviewed by C-level people at Appian and some of them interviewed me twice). 3 months later, after 5-6 interviews, they gave me an offer which was 40% less salary than I originally said I was going to accept in the first call. All of the question were behavioral related and I found them very easy to answer.

The interview process comprises four stages: an online assessment, two technical interview rounds, and a final HR interview. The online assessment includes two programming questions along with basic computer science fundamentals. The first technical round focuses on coding problems, while the second technical round consists of scenario-based questions. The final HR round evaluates cultural fit and overall suitability for the role.
