Paper application. A few simple questions about my experience and what I was looking for. They were desperate for staff so one person came to the table and said to hire every double applicant. Must fill out personality questionair.

I walked in to inquire about open positions. They had me fill out an application online. After completing the online application I had 3 separate interviews. The first 2 were with 2 assistant managers and the final one was with the Manager. I was offered the position at the end of the last interview. The entire process was about 3 hours long.
