It was an open interview, and I went it with my mom and sister. We all had interviews, and I was a hired a couple weeks later. It was a decent interview.

He expected me to be able to list different kinds of liquor and beer even though I wasn't 21 yet and had never been a server or bartender.

In person interview. They asked many personality fit questions. Seemed like they care more about if you fit their vibe rather than your experience or aptitude as a server. Quite liked my interviewer honestly.

Did an interview with assistant manager, lasted five minutes and they wanted to do another interview with the head manager.
Only asked me two questions which was weird, I never had an interview like that before.
Pretty pointless imo and I don't think they respect your time well - from reading other reviews it seems quite unconviential though so maybe it was just a weird store.
