My current role is responsible for releasing of planned purchase orders and work orders according to Oracle MRP system.
Responsible for delivery of material accordingly to the master plan loading requirement and working with suppliers for any gating item assurance supply to the operation shop floor.
Responsible for reschedule incoming / outgoing of material in accordance to the the customer demand.
Working with production for any gating items that will impact customer shipment requirement.
Material planning and buying based on customer firm demand and authorised forecast to issue purchase order to suppliers.
Work order releasing based on customer demand release to production. Review and adjust material delivery schedules to suppliers accordingly to customer demand and forecast. Material expediting to assure supply of materials to operation requirement on timely manner.
Every end of the month ensure the work order release to production complete closed with no charge.
100% on time delivery performance is a goal for every customer.
Control and monitor component inventory to ensure maintenance if inventory at appropriate level.

partly online and partly on site. The employees, managers, and security were all very nice. the facility was very clean and organized. I am looking forward to my remaining interviews and future work here.

3 rounds with different levels of organization, basic interview questions about resume and experiences. All virtual due to covid pandemic. 1st were over phone and next two through video Microsoft teams.
3 interviews in total. The first interview with an outside company and then with the lead team. there was no a test in the firs interview and they did not ask for home test.
