The hiring manager is super non-professional and disrespectful to the candidate's expertise. Ask tons of things about the IP from my current company in a really disrespectful way which has totally nothing to do with the job interviewing for. The worst is to call the candidate by personal contact which is not agreed upon/provided by the candidate in non-agreed hours, and even discriminate against the talking style of the candidate during the group interview in front of the desk, which shows absolutely terrible on the inclusive culture this organization has. Conclusion: Terrible low compensation, non-professional, poor on diversity, bad on inclusive, and disrespectful.
