Entretien
Applied via their website and they got back to me within the week asking for a phone interview. Phone interview was really relaxed and the interviewer was really nice. At the end of the interview they mentioned bringing me in for a formal interview in person and reimbursing me for the costs. Have not had the formal interview yet, but asked for me to be prepared to give a technical presentation. Putting my outcome as no offer because I have not had the formal interview yet.

Entretien
Had to apply online even after meeting the recruiter and submitting my resume. Then I was contacted for an in-site interview. They use the behavioral interview to evaluate how you react under certain situations. The people there seemed to be very nice and open to conversation. It was a long interview though.
