I applied over two months ago for a Data Scientist role in Atlanta and a recruiter reached me recently. I was very disappointed due to the lengthy time it took for a recruiter to reach me. The recruiter mentioned she's new but surprisingly she was very eloquent and gave greater details about the position and the company. After speaking with her I really wanted to join Applied Systems even though I already have accepted an offer with a different company. I firmly believe in setting up standards and building good relationships. She truly was good connector and I appreciate that extraordinary effort. It shows the commitment which goes long way.
