It took 8 weeks for their team to respond to my application and when they did, it was a generic email asking me to complete an assignment outlining an entire GTM strategy.
This was before I spoke to anyone from their recruiting team, marketing team, or any human for that matter. The assignment is not compensated for. It's also not timeboxed.

The interview process included the following: 1. Interview with the recruiter 2. Interview with the hiring manager 3. Take-home assessment assignment 4. Panel interview 5. Interview with the director The recruitment team made me feel extremely comfortable. They made sure I stay updated and answered all my questions about the role and the team

Can you work across time zones 4,. What is your understanding of the job 5. Tell us the time when you used data to improve your campaign performance 6. What is your experience on working with data and sharing insights with the leadership team
