J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Appnovation Technologies
Entretien
First, i made a general interview with the Talent Specialist who explained about the company and it's values. Then, i made a interview with a technical person who asked me about my experiences with Drupal and others related technologies.
The interview was similar to a normal conversation.
The two conversations were pleasant and each lasted 1 hour through skype.
After one month a received an offer.

Applied for a role which was advertised being partial remote working and commute into London.
Had 2 rounds of technical interviews which went well where I passed the technical tests and there was an all round optimism from both sides. The talent acquisition specialist even went far as I was "the top candidate" for this role.
Out of the blue I was asked if I would consider relocating Cardiff. At no point in the interviews or job description this was mentioned. After this I had radio silence from the talent acquisition specialist.
This really isn't good, changing role requirements last minute doesn't give candidates confidence in the professionalism of your company. At least have enough respect to respond to your applicants as they invested time and effort with your company.
I had withdrawn my applications from the interview process rather than being 'rejected'

I was scouted and invited to submit a resume. I did that. I was given a general interview about some light technical questions. It sounded like my approach matched their approach. I felt my answers were mediocre.
The next round was an online quiz. There were 11 questions to be completed in essay forms in 20 minutes. The pass-fail was 70%. I could only answer 7 of the questions in the time allotted. Simple math told me that my maximum score would have be below 63%. Despite that, I was told I passed.
I did the technical interview. I was thrown a lot of technical questions and again, i felt I did poorly. I could not reference examples of my time with the given topics.
I passed that interview and was offered a position.
