I applied online and received an email inviting me in for an interview. When I arrived, I was given a tour of office and set up in a small conference room as my "home base". I did several small group interviews (1-2 people, one hour each), and one interview via Skype. There was a lunch worked into the schedule, then a grueling IQ/personality test. I don't feel they adequately prepared me for how long of a day it would be.
