I recently went through their interviewing process and I was really impressed with how open and well-structured the entire process was. Right from the start, their team told you what would be done next, provided you with a clear timeline and quickly gave feedback on results after each phase.
It is divided into five key steps:
Initial Call: You speak to the recruiter initially, which provides a welcoming tone of introduction and to present yourself.
Discussion with Area Head: An Discussion with the area head follows under whose charge you will be working, technical experience previous experiences and cases. At the end, you receive all the information about the technical task.
Technical Task: You complete the task, which examines your ability and knowledge about SDK integration, SQL Queries and attribution domain.
Presential Meeting: Once you have cleared the technical level, there is an off-site meeting with your local team, which gives you an experience about the organization culture and working style, you'll need to present your experience, skills and goals to the local team as well.
Final Calls: It concludes with one call that includes the recruiter, other the department head and finally the department VP. In this case, you would discuss your personal profile and alignment with the company culture with the recruiter, respond some other technical questions and justify your assignment answers in call with the head and walk through various scenarios relevant to your work style. The VP will also bring both technical questions as will try to know you better. In these steps all of them will provide more details about the working culture and the business current goals and purposes.
At every step, there was feedback that was on time and useful, whether it was to let me know the outcome or to provide additional guidance for the next step. Overall, the whole process felt professional, mature and thoughtful, so I ultimately got a positive impression of the company.
