I had an initial telephonic interview screening with Aprimo. An existing Senior software engineer contacted me for the interview process. He was very rude and impolite and spoke to me with arrogance. I could hear him giggle when he was listening to my answers. I was on other end of the phone but I am definitely not deaf. He didn't even give me time to think. He had a long list of questions to ask and his focus was to complete his task of getting the answers within 30 minutes. He did not care that it might take some time to think the answers in the mind especially if you are an experienced developer and don't have time to memorize the theory like fresh graduates. They didn't take my interview to next process. Very disappointing to see a well established company not having professional people to take interviews!!
