It was scheduled by HR ..they asked for data migration role and even they mentioned in the JD .. looking for only Migration role but they asked everything which was not related with JD .. may be he didn't read JD well.. please read JD before taking any interview or else mention everything in JD what you are looking for Don't waste your candidate times... I don't think he is aware about salesforce.. i explained him flow, process builder, workflow but again he was asking for configuration of salesforce.. he doesn't know what is configuration or customization in salesforce
