The hiring process was very straightforward from the start. Met the recruiters at a career fair, applied online, phone interview, and then an on campus interview. This process was followed by an official offer the next week. The company gives you 2 weeks to either accept or decline the offer.

What is an example of a time you handled a crisis well?
First round phone screen, then virtual panel. I made it to the virtual panel round, but they have waited over a month to schedule the interview. Claimed that they were struggling to find times that worked on their side even though I offered large chunks of availability.

I was contacted via email to set up a phone call with an HR Manager. The manager ended up calling 20 minutes past our scheduled time. I was a bit thrown off from the lack of promptness but the interview went well. The time frame for hiring is far too long to be efficient.
