J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 8 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Aramark (Tuscaloosa, AL) en févr. 2016
Entretien
The interview process was pretty practical. It was a video recorded interview. You would watch a video of a recorded question from an employee in the program. You would then record yourself with the answer. The maximum time they give you to give your answer was approximately 3 minutes and 30 seconds. You must prepare your answers. They give you 3 hours to complete the interview. There was about 5 questions that they gave you that you needed to video record your answers. After that you will receive an email about a month later of whether or not you have been recommended for the A2L program. After that it is a waiting game for them to find you a spot as they recommend more students than they have spots for. The maximum time that you will have to wait for an answer is about a month once you have been recommended. I thought the interview process was pretty practical.
