Initial phone interview followed by 2 consecutive face to face interviews. I was working on a contract position and I took two days off (unpaid) one for each interview. I asked for a different time for interview but they were to BUSY (playing with Excel). The interview with director of Supply Chain was easy. During the second interview with 2 managers they said they were impressed by my qualifications. I followed with thank you email after each interview. After second I was told the decision will be made after 2nd interview. So I waited for a week and emailed HR asking about decision but didn't get any reply for another 2-3 weeks. Then I got a very typical email saying they will not move with my application for the position, as if I was in the initial screening process. No explanation given on what was the shortcomings if there are any. Very disrespectful considering my efforts being professional. Just regret wasting so much time, energy and money with such a useless company.
