I was brought in to talk about my previous experiences as a bartender. However, because I had a senoir management employee vouch for me the process was pretty painless. I already had the necessary certifications, so the interview was more of an orientation in actuality.

Question 1
They might ask you a few questions about how to make basic drinks, but I mean really basic drinks that you definitely would know with any previous experience. Most of the drinks you make are beers or liquor & soda type drinks so it's more about your speed.

Interview went pretty well, my interviewers were easy to talk to,but I could tell they knew what they were doing. It was kind of unusual at first because I realized many different people were interviewing for different positions, almost all at the same time but; service industry, go with the flow, right? I just ended up deciding on a different route.

They asked multiple things.
But what I would or have done if a crazy/belligerent customer-type situation came up.
There was no real interview. Just a description of the job was given, and the expectations. They were nice and helpful in the process. I applied in person so I guess most of the normal questions happened then.

Entretien
It was very simple and straight-forward process. I completed mine during an open house in July before the football season began. They offer positions on the spot and are flexible with work times.
